I was introduced to Annies website by @nicolettasblog [thank you!!]after I tweeted about some woodwick candles. I had a browse at her website [www.anniescandlesandmelts.co.uk) and was hooked!!!!! The woman is a genius!
This is my second order from her (the first one I literally ripped opened without even stopping to take pictures!] She makes everything herself, has every single smell you can think of, does dupes of Lush and perfumes galore, and she sends you free stuff!! What more could you ask for!!
I ordered a pack of three candles in Angel dupe (delicious!) a cinnamon bread pudding (yum) and a christmas spice. She sells these for £12.75. I also ordered a christmas candle in tin which costs £4.25, the fragrance is Iced oatmeal cookies (smells like heaven!!) and a pack of wax melts in Lush Snowcakes, and i must say these TOTALLY smell like lush snowcakes!!!! They sell for £3.95.
Opening the box is wonderful!! The smell just hits you as soon as you rip the sellotape off!!
She also throws in LOADS of freebies! I got 8 free wax melts, in a variety of scents, so i have one happy wax burner lol
I will deffo be back to order more!!

Boots 17 magnetized nail varnish
This was sooooo hard to get hold of, been going in my local boots every weekend with no joy, luckily a trip to bluewater at the weekend ended my search and I ended up buying the silver and blue!
This is a lovely thick nail varnish, goes on really nicely, strangely I found the effect worked better on my left hand than it did on my right!! Maybe because I'm right handed, so I get a bit cack handed painting with my left??!!
I only used one coat, then while the polish is still wet hover the magnet over it, and voila! The magnet has a little ridge thing on it to help you rest it on your finger Not sure if you could use 2 coats, or if you would magnetize between coats?
Overall I love this polish! The silver is just perfect for crimbo parties, would be lovely to see a red added to the collection!
These are £5.99 at the moment but boots are currently doing 3 for 2 on 17 products, so grab a bargain while you can!

Revlon suede collection
Apologies for the lack of blogging lately, mummy duties are very time consuming, but I've just found out you can "blogger" from your phone! Happy days!
So, on to today's beauty find, Revlons "suede" collection. I think this could possibly be my nail varnish for the whole of autumn! It's called grey suede, but it's actually a beautiful beige colour, will go perfectly with all the caramels and rusts around at the moment.
I've never used Revlons polish before, but they were running 3 for 2 in boots and this colour jumped out at me! Went on really smoothly, you could probably get away with one coat, but I always prefer to use 2. I'll definitely be purchasing some more Revlon polishes, ive currently got my eye on a gorgeous black purpley glittery one.........

September Boudoir Prive Box
Got my 2nd Boudouir Prive box this morning and I must admit, when I opened it I felt a bit "hmmmmm", maybe it's because I've been spoilt by full size products in Glossybox, and quite big bottles in last months Boudouir Prive. Anyhow, it is supposed to be samples, so we're not going to get full sized products every month, and now I've had a proper look at the products, I do feel a bit better about the box!
My favourite product in the box this month has to be the Zoya nail varnish in Jem, it's a beautiful purple with flecks of greeny gold, almost like a peacock feather, it's beautiful and i can see this being a favourite of mine for winter
Also in the box came a nail wheel thing which shows all the colours from the smoke and mirrors collection (you can just see this in my first picture)
Next product was the macadamia healing oil treatment (10ml bottle), now as i said in my glossybox post, I LOVE anything to do with hair, so I'm quite looking forward to testing this out, I've been using some Moroccan oil recently, so be good to see how this compares. Also helps that it smells divine!!!
Next out of the box was Cargo Boogie Nights eye pencil in "03 purple" I never really stray from black eyeliner, although saying that, this is more of a grey colour than purple, it's got little flecks of glitter in which really like, but whether or not I'll use this I'm not really sure!

September Glossybox
I'm probably a bit late with this post, but hey, with 2 kids and a husband I don't get to blog much! I'm quite surprised at how much variation there has been in this months boxes. Personally I'm very pleased with mine, but some people have said how unhappy they were with theirs, some people got sachets of shampoo, where as others got full sized hair treatments. The previous boxes have been pretty much the same apart from differences in colours of stuff, nail varnishes, etc.
Anyhoo, on with the Glossybox! So i think everyone got the HD brows kit (although mine came unboxed with a seperate brush which is wayyyyyyyy too big to fit in the compact) I got "foxy", not sure if there was any variation in colours? I personally don't really do much with my eyebrows, but have had a little play with it, and actually quite like it! Really defines your eyebrows, so this will now be getting a bit of use from me
Next up is the Neal and Wolf Harmony Intensive Care treatment. Now I LOVE anything to do with hair, I use tons of products on my hair, it's quite long (past shoulders) and I like it looking nice and shiny. This product is gorgeous!! I would deffo buy this again. It smells delish, it's not too heavy, doesn't make your hair feel greasy, and leaves it looking lovely and glossy, big thumbs up from me!
Next up is 2 sachets of spa magik salt scrub, this smells yummy, quite citrussy, the only thing I will say that I didn't like was that it felt a bit "stingy" on my shins, but not sure if this was because I had shaved my legs that morning??? Rubs on really nicely, left a little bit of an oily residue on my legs, but that rubbed into leave them quite smooth. Really liked this product, even with my stingy legs lol
The last 2 products in my Glossybox were a bit "meh", the Plum perfume really reminded me of my Nan!! It's a very nannified (is that even a word??) smell, not to my taste at all, but hey, when you sign up to these boxes you can't be expected to like everything! The MOA green balm i'm not really sure what to do with it! I've tried it on my lips, and I've rubbed a bit on a couple of spots on my face but hmmmmm, not really sure about it, I'll probably keep it in the bottom of my handbag and use it on the kids when they scratch their knees! Can be Mummies special magic cream i think !
Overall I was pleased with this months Glossybox, the hair treatment is my favourite thing of all. I get excited waiting for it every month!! What did you get in yours???
